YIPPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Okay, here is the start of my story! I went to the
mailbox and there was a letter from BC/BS! I was SO
excited and tore into it only to find....they wanted
info on my other insurance! (which also happens to be
BC/BS)
I was so disappointed that I burst into tears and
called to give them the info they wanted. Lo and
behold, "Patrick" said, "Ma'am, why are you so upset?
We just want to coordinate your insurance coverage."
"I said, Oh, I'm not upset with you, and here is my
other number...I was just hoping the letter you sent
was my approval for my bariatric surgery." He said,
"Hold on a minute, let me check for you!" Sure enough
within 2 minutes he came back and said "You've been
approved and should get the letter this week!"
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
