Weight loss

I am sure by now you all are aware of the petition attempting to get
Congress to mandate insurance companies to cover WLS. I have signed
the petition, I'm #1177. I had an idea to escalate the petition
signing to not only people of AMOS or our weight loss groups but also
to our friends and relatives that know of our struggle with weight
loss and insurance companies. I have forwarded the message on the
petition with an added message from myself to several
friends/relatives. If we work hard enough we just might get THE
WHOLE DARN COUNTRY SIGN THE PERITION. LOL!!
Below is what I sent out:
I don't know if you are aware of my "fight" with my insurance company
to have a revision of my past weight loss surgery. It took me 6
months many letters and appeals to finally get the approval. I am now
awaiting a surgery date. There is a petition online that is
attempting to get Congress to mandate that weight loss surgery be
required of insurance companies.
