Vitamin dosage and schedule
Does anyone have a schedule for which vitamins we need to take and
when? My surgery is on 1/30 and I'm trying to make sure that I have
everything ready at home before then. I know we need a chewable
vitamin (check - Flintstones with calcium), calcium citrate (check -
got that at the support group meeting Saturday), B-12 drops (check),
and I think that's it. What I'm not sure of is how much to take of
regular vitamins and calcium citrate.

I just bought the vitamins they sell at the meeting and for $32.50 I got the .
Bariatric multivitamin, calcium capsule and the B-12 dots. I believe that will last a month.
I hope that helps..I have not shopped around so I don't knowif that is good or not. My surgery is Monday the 26th and I wanted to have them on hand after surgery.

How much do all of these vitamins cost? I have heard some scary
stories about how much some of the things cost, but I just can't
believe it. What's duh facts?
