total loss
Hi all,
I had my first appointment with my primary care physician today since
surgery (August 28). I have lost 30 pounds! I would have been
happier with 45 but will sure take 30! Is 30 pounds in 6 weeks a
little slow? I am thrilled with what I have lost but I thought it
might come off quicker.
Anyhow, I guess I am officially a 'loser' now!
