It tastes like chocolate cake batter!Or at least thats what it said: take a cup
add 4 ounces of water add 2 scoops of chocolate 100% pure whey protein
(available at vitamin stores and some grocery stores - don't let them talk you
into the vitamin-fortified crap) add 1 scoop of chocolate dry soy shake mix
(also available at vitamin stores and some grocery stores - you need the soy for
the two amino acids that are really hard to find from anything else on the
planet except for soy) add 1-2 tablespoons of No Sugar Added Nesquik chocolate
powder Mix this stuff up with a spoon until it's the consistency of pudding. Add
more water until it's the consistency you want. Mixing the ingredients in this
way eliminates little pockets of dry unmixed ingredients. This formula gives me
the 60 grams of supplemental protein a day my nutritionist recommended for male
gastric bypass patients (50 grams for women). It's very yummy, and eliminates
all of my desires for food for about two hours. It's even better if you mix it
