Exercise

I started back on my exercise on Monday, I am doing the Walk away
the pounds tapes still. Just wanted to share tonight was the first
night I have ever done the 3 mile tape, I told myself on about 1 and
a half miles, I will just stop at the 2 mile, then I made it on to
the 2 1/2 mile point, then I knew I could keep on, I finished the
tape. I don't think I will repeat that tape anytime soon again, but
it felt good that I did it and I did it all with them. Think I will
stick with the 2 mile tape for now. Ha Ha
