Calories
I have a question about calories. If you drink a couple of protein
drinks a day, that gives you at least 240 calories. Then if you eat
150 calories at 3 meals that gives you a good bit of calories.
Should I be worried about to many calories? I know at this point I
don't eat 150 calories per meal because I am a new post op, but I
will one day.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
