Calcium
Hi folks!
Any advise (especially you, Sherry) on when we cn begin to swallow
the calcium citrate capsules? I'm coming up on 4 weeks postop, and it
is getting nicreasingly difficult (at least psychologically) to break
the capsules and ingest the powder (yuck!)
