   Hey Terry,
   I have been missing you. How are you doing? We had a great time at the 6MAC meeting. They are always the same day as regular Sat. meetings. 3rd Sat. at 12:00, lunch is included. The cost is $20 and it is well worth it. Hope to see you at the next meeting.

   Hi Melissa,
   I'm doing great! I've lost 100 lbs and hope to lose
   30 to 40 more. My job as a data technician got
   abolished and they (the post office) placed me in the
   plant put mail on the machines and etc. I'm not very
   happy with this job and hope to bid on a better job
   soon. I haven't been to the meetings lately since I
   have to be at work at 3:00 pm and my off days are
   thurs/fri. I try to check my email about once a week
   and I seen your posts and you are doing great on your
   weight loss. I haven't done as well, but I'm still
   happy with the 100 lb loss. I need to exercise, but
   all I do is work work work. I would like to come to
   the 6MAC meeting. Since it is at 12:00 I'll try to
   make a reservation (I guess call Rona?) to come to
   next months meeting. It was great to hear from you!!

   Terry, I am sorry you don't like your job, that makes for a miserable day when you don't like what you are doing. 100lbs is WONDERFUL, you didn't have as much to lose as I did so that is why you haven't lost that much. Maybe you will be able to get a different job soon to where you can start coming back to the meetings. I don't get to go to all of them but I do try to go at least everyother month.
   The 6MAC meeting was great. We all learned something last month, I don't know who she is going to have at the next meeting but I am sure it will be just as good. Rona will not be at the next one she and Wade or going out of town, but yes just call her and make your reservation. Hope to see you soon.

   Hi Rita- Welcome to the gang! Dr. Schmitt is WONDERFUL- he was my
   surgeon as well. The 6MAC meeting is for 6 Months and Counting
   (meaning atleast 6 months post-op). It is a wonderful meeting though.
   The next Saturday meeting is Sept 20th @ 3Pm. There will be reminders
   on this board giving more info closer to that date.
