Hi Friends,
Remember that Dr. Richard Azrin will be our special speaker at 6MAC on Saturday. He is a psychologist who works regularly with surgical weight loss patients. We'll get to have about 2 hours with him and have the chance to ask questions and participate in group discussions with patients who are 6 months post op or longer.
Cost for this meeting is $20.00 and includes the lecture, catered luncehon and program materials if applicable.
You MUST let me know by Wednesday if you're coming or not as I have to make arrangements with the caterer. If you're unable to come you will still need to pay for your lunch as I have to pay for all I order whether folks show up or not.
