Weight loss

Hello everyone,

i hope everyone is having a great and blessed sunday. i was sending this post to get some advice on what i normal for two years post op. Currnently i will be 18mo. post op in on week. and i am noticing some interesting things in regards to my eatting. i am noticing that i am getting hungry faster . i seem to get hungry about 2hours after i eat. some times sooner. what scares more is that i have gained a few pounds in the last two weeks. I have gained 10lb in the last two weeks altought i have not seen it in my clothes nor in my body appreance. in fact it looks like my neck is getting smaller and my watch is sliding more. So with that said. here is what concerns me, oh and i am also on vacation this week with my family.

Thurs.

b/f: Half of a sasuage and egg crossandwich from BK @ 8:15

2hour car ride to theme park

snack: granola bar @11:30

arrived at park12:30

lunch: 1slice of surpreme pizza and one hot wing @ 1:30

walked around park for til about 3:30

drove home

snack:peanut butter crackers @4:30

dinner: 1/2 grilled chicken and cheese wrap @ 7

snack: granola bar @9

FRi.

B/f: 2 strawberries and a slimfast bar @ 7

snack: 1 egg @9:15

lunch: three jumbo shrimp, one salmon patty and 1/4cup salad @2:30

Went a little to long without eatting Got a little weak.

Dinner: salad @ 7

snack: granola at 9

Sat.

B/f: 2pancakes,2eggs (scarmbled with veggies and bacon) @ 8

snack: granola @ 11

snack: peanut butter crackers and graonla at 2:30

lunch. one chicken drumette, one small peice catfish fillet,1/4 c b. beans 1/4 c greens @3:30

snack: slice apple cake @5:45

dinner: cheif salad @8:45

sun.

b/f: one peice salmon and two mini yeast rolls (about 1oz total weight of bread) @ 8;30

snack: stuffed pancake on a stick @ 10:45

lunch: BBQ chicken, fresh peas and mac n cheese @ 1:30

have not had dinner yet. please let me know what you think of my menu. and any idea and changes please let me know.
